Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and your order will be delivered with in 5-10 business days.
All orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped that week. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Returns
Fitzu will accept any undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. All purchases in need of an exachange or return may be sent to the following address:

ALL shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returned items will be refunded in full, minus the shipping cost. Exchanged items will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Tax Information
All orders will be charged Ohio sales tax, due to being an Ohio based company. The sales tax will be 8.0%.
